Slightly sweet, tangy, and very refreshing the Cranberry-Citrus Vinaigrette dressing for this crisp and healthful cabbage based salad is tantalizing. The salad is topped with oven-baked chicken breast, carrots, Craisins and a sprinkling of white and black sesame seeds.

• Buddy's Roast Beef Sandwich
Sliced Angus roast beef is mounded on bread that has been spread with mayonnaise and horseradish. We then add Tillamook cheddar, Pepper-Jack cheese, sliced golden Italian pepperoncini, lettuce and red onion rings for texture and flavor contrast.
• Grill Pressed Ham and Swiss with Pineapple Salsa Fresca
Succulent slices of cob-smoked ham, combined with the nutty flavors of Swiss cheese, a dab of honey-mustard and spinach are grill-pressed on hearty bread until slightly crisped and golden. Served with a side of Pineapple Salsa Fresca - salty, sweet, sublime.
