• Avgolemono - Greek Style Egg, Lemon, and Rice Soup
This is Greece's answer to your Grandma's Chicken Noodle, will - cure you of anything - soup. A light, lemony, chicken broth with rice, green onion and garlic accents - whisked egg is stirred in at the last minute. Try a bowl of our version and be well.

• Creamy Broccoli-Cheese Soup
An extremely comforting and satisfying blend of cheeses - creamy smooth, made with fresh broccoli, onions and select seasonings in a light and savory chicken stock that is finished with a touch of cream for a most delicious and enjoyable combination.

DAILY SALADS
• House Green Salad
A helping of mixed greens topped with purple cabbage, sweet bell pepper, shredded carrot & choice of Balsamic Vinaigrette, 1000 Isle, Blue Cheese Vinaigrette, or Ranch Dressing - all made right here.

• Mandarin Orange and Baby Spinach Salad
Fresh, tender, green baby spinach leaves are topped with juicy mandarin orange sections, then drizzled with our own Sweet and Tangy Parsley Vinaigrette and sprinkled with Candied Pecans. It's unbelievable.

DAILY SANDWICHES
• Full House - Triple Herbed, Turkey, and Double Cheese Panini
Layers of roast turkey, Provolone and Tillamook cheddar cheese along with dill and sun-dried tomato mayo, fresh spinach and basil leaves, are tucked between slices of aromatic and delicious rosemary bread and then grill-pressed until fragrant, warmed & oozey.

• Mediterranean Style Bagel Melt
A split bagel is spread with our own blend of pesto-cream cheese, topped with a bit of spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, minced 3-olive tapenade, fresh tomato, a blend of cheeses, and then baked until warm, melted and yummy - we'll only create so many of this masterpiece, so try it now.

DAILY QUICHE
• Traditional Lorraine
A tender, flaky crust filled with apple-wood smoked bacon and a blend of four cheeses in the best quiche base around. Order this one with one of our salads, and you have the perfect lunch combo.

• Fresh Baby Spinach and Four Cheese - vegetarian
A tender, flaky crust full of chopped, fresh spinach and four different cheeses. Swiss, Provolone, Mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses meld together in our creamy custard base. Simple, direct, delicious.
