DAILY SOUPS
• Blue Plate Cheddar & Burger Soup
Just try it...you know we make great soup! It has everything you love in a really good burger - a whole lot of flavor and a bit of fun. This might just be the king of all comfort, built on ground beef, vegetables and cheddar cheese. Who knew that a simple blue-plate special could make such a fantastic soup?
• La Fiesta Soup with Black Beans, Corn, Tomato and Ham
A colorful and delicious party in a bowl - fresh black beans and tomatoes are cooked until very soft. Beef broth, ham, cilantro and corn are stirred in along with toasted cumin seed, ancho chile, dark ale, and a few additional spices and herbs. This soup is thick, rich and unique.
DAILY SALADS
• House Green Salad
A helping of mixed greens topped with purple cabbage, sweet bell pepper, shredded carrot & choice of Balsamic Vinaigrette, 1000 Isle, Blue Cheese Vinaigrette, or Ranch Dressing - all made right here.
• Mandarin Orange and Baby Spinach Salad
Fresh, tender, green baby spinach leaves are topped with juicy mandarin orange sections, then drizzled with our own Sweet and Tangy Parsley Vinaigrette and sprinkled with Candied Pecans. It's unbelievable.
DAILY SANDWICHES
• Doriola's Toasted BLT-TA
That's right...Apple-wood smoked Bacon, crisp Lettuce, and sliced Tomato sandwich and we add Turkey and fresh Avocado - hence BLT-TA. We use lightly toasted bread and add a delightfully flavored Sun-Dried Tomato Mayo to tie it all together.
• The Mt. St. Augustine - Ham, Jalapeno, Pepper Jack Cheese Sandwich
An eruption of flavor, ready to explode - our thinly sliced, cob-smoked ham is layered on soft bread with a bit of mayo - we add crisp, green lettuce, Pepper Jack cheese, pickled jalapenos, and sliced tomatoes - a mountain of deliciousness!
DAILY QUICHE
• Traditional Lorraine
A tender, flaky crust filled with apple-wood smoked bacon and a blend of four cheeses in the best quiche base around. Order this one with one of our salads, and you have the perfect lunch combo.
• Mushroom, Spinach, and Four Cheese -
Once again our tender, flaky crust is ladled full of the most superb quiche base. We then add bright green spinach leaves, chopped fresh mushrooms and, of coarse, a four-cheese blend.
