DAILY SOUPS
• Sharp White Cheddar and German Beer Soup
An out of the ordinary soup that will captivate you with its distinctive mellow flavor. Caramelized yellow onions, celery, creamed potatoes and herbs along with German beer and sharp white cheddar cheese make up a delightful and absolutely scrumptious soup that is unforgettable.
• Doriola's Version of Classic Minestrone with Sausage and Pasta
One of the secrets to this traditional Italian soup is adding the rind from a wedge of fresh Parmesan cheese. It brings complexity and depth to soup jam-packed with a very mild chicken sausage, beans, zucchini, onion, carrot, spinach, tomatoes, celery, pasta and a plethora of fresh herbs.

A helping of mixed greens topped with purple cabbage, sweet bell pepper, shredded carrot & choice of Balsamic Vinaigrette, 1000 Isle, Blue Cheese Vinaigrette, or Ranch Dressing - all made right here.
• Iceberg Wedge with Blue Cheese Vinaigrette
A healthy serving of crisp Iceberg lettuce draped with our piquant, exciting Blue Cheese Vinaigrette. We add few petite Grape tomatoes, and top it off with Gorgonzola crumbles and crisp bits of bacon. - Don't like Blue Cheese? We'll accommodate any dressing choice.
DAILY SANDWICHES
• Eureka Sandwich - Cob Smoked Ham, Sprouts and Double Cheese
Strike it rich with thinly sliced cob-smoked ham which is mounded onto bread lightly spread with mayo and hearty brown mustard. We then add Monterrey Jack and Swiss cheese, sweet clover sprouts and lettuce - you'll know you hit the jackpot with this one.
• Full House - Triple Herbed, Turkey, and Double Cheese Panini
Layers of roast turkey, Provolone and Tillamook cheddar cheese along with dill and sun-dried tomato mayo, fresh spinach and basil leaves, are tucked between slices of aromatic and delicious rosemary bread and then grill-pressed until fragrant, warmed & oozey.
DAILY QUICHE

A tender, flaky crust filled with apple-wood smoked bacon and a blend of four cheeses in the best quiche base around. Order this one with one of our salads, and you have the perfect lunch combo.
• Mushroom, Spinach, and Four Cheese -
Once again our tender, flaky crust is ladled full of the most superb quiche base. We then add bright green spinach leaves, chopped fresh mushrooms and, of coarse, a four-cheese blend.
