The flavors of carrot, celery, onion, big ham bones and bits of tender meat create a deep, rich flavor that pair magnificently with the tiny discs of green pea. Basic, nourishing flavor at it's best.

A helping of mixed greens topped with purple cabbage, sweet bell pepper, shredded carrot & choice of Balsamic Vinaigrette, 1000 Isle, Blue Cheese Vinaigrette, or Ranch Dressing - all made right here.
• Blue Cheese, Fresh Pear and Sweet Georgia Pecan Salad
This combination of ingredients is classic and incredibly correct - the mixed greens, topped with slices of fresh pear, compliment the crumbles of Gorgonzola blue cheese and the slightly sweetened pecans beautifully. A simple Apple, Cider & Shallot Vinaigrette makes it complete.
DAILY SANDWICHES
• Motherlode Sandwich - Roast Angus Beef, Ham and Cheese
Thinly sliced Angus Roast Beef and Honey-Baked, spiral-cut ham are mounded onto bread spread with a bit of mayonnaise. We then add lettuce, Pepper-Jack cheese, sliced Italian golden pepperoncini for texture and flavor contrast - you'll know you hit the jackpot with this one.
• Southern-Style Grilled Green Chili-Pimiento Cheese, Bacon & Tomato Sandwich
Another scrumptious take on the traditional grilled cheese. We start with hearty L'Aroma bread, add apple-wood smoked bacon, tomatoes and Doriola's own green chili-pimiento cheese, then grill-press until crisped and brown - Outrageously Good!
