DAILY SOUPS

Just try it...you know we make great soup! It has everything you love in a really good burger - a whole lot of flavor and a bit of fun. This might just be the king of all comfort, built on ground beef, vegetables and cheddar cheese. Who knew that a simple blue-plate special could make such a fantastic soup?
• Hale and Hearty Ham & Navy Bean Soup
This simply delicious and satisfying soup is crammed with small bits of ham and smoked ham hock which accent perfectly the baby white navy beans, carrots, celery and onion. For decades this was a staple on the high seas and it is understandable why it is a classic.

• House Green Salad
A helping of mixed greens topped with purple cabbage, sweet bell pepper, shredded carrot & choice of Balsamic Vinaigrette, 1000 Isle, Blue Cheese Vinaigrette, or Ranch Dressing - all made right here.
• Fresh Strawberry, Mandarin Orange and Baby Spinach Salad
Tender green baby spinach leaves are topped with juicy mandarin oranges, sliced, fresh strawberries and drizzled with a Sweet and Tangy Parsley Vinaigrette and sprinkled with Candied Pecans.
DAILY SANDWICHES
• Doriola's Grilled Cheese, Bacon and Apple Sandwich
Presented on hearty bread, this is a grown-up version of the traditional grilled cheese. We make ours with three different cheeses; add a bit of Apple-wood smoked bacon and a couple of slices of crisp, sweet apple and grill-press it to brown the bread and warm the cheese.
• Roast Turkey Sandwich with Raspberry-Chipotle Cream Cheese
An all-time Doriola's favorite - soft bread slathered with hot, sweet and unbelievably fantastic raspberry-chipotle cream cheese, crisp green lettuce, red onion and layers of roast turkey breast - delicious in its simplicity and pureness of flavor!
DAILY QUICHE

A tender, flaky crust filled with apple-wood smoked bacon and a blend of four cheeses in the best quiche base around. Order this one with one of our salads, and you have the perfect lunch combo.
