DAILY SOUPS
• Cream of Wild Rice Soup
From the Boundary Waters of Minnesota, this recipe is thick with the wild rice of that area, plus the smoky-sweet flavor of apple-wood smoked bacon, carrots, celery and onion all melded deliciously in a chicken stock and cream base. This one wins over everyone who gives it a try.

• Southwest Chicken, Green Chile and White Hominy Soup
One of those perfectly blended flavor combinations - a twist on a southwest favorite, chicken, mild green chilies, tomatoes, hominy, cumin, garlic, cilantro, and a touch of jalapeno compliment the savory broth. Garnished with jalapeno, cilantro and sour cream.

A helping of mixed greens topped with purple cabbage, sweet bell pepper, shredded carrot & choice of Balsamic Vinaigrette, 1000 Isle, Blue Cheese Vinaigrette, or Ranch Dressing - all made right here.

A healthy helping of fresh mixed lettuce greens, crisp apple, Feta cheese and a sprinkling of sweet roasted cashews, served with a tasteful side of intensely flavorful White-Balsamic Vinaigrette.

DAILY SANDWICHES
• Margherita Dipper with Canadian Bacon and Four Cheese Blend
