DAILY SOUPS
• Roast Garlic and Tomato Soup with Pesto Cream - vegetarian
A classic blending of flavors in a grown-up tomato soup that is pure tomato flavor - not cream based. The roasting adds depth and strengthens flavors, while bringing out the natural sweetness of the tomato and garlic. We add pesto to round out the flavor and a squeeze of pesto-cream to garnish.

• Beefy, Mixed Vegetable and Bean Pot Soup
A luscious blend of lean ground beef, zucchini, tomatoes, carrots, onion, celery, corn, peas, and white beans, slowly cooked in a savory broth with tantalizing hints of rosemary, thyme and garlic - a soup for Everyman . . . healthy, hearty and incredibly delicious.

DAILY SALADS

A helping of mixed greens topped with purple cabbage, sweet bell pepper, shredded carrot & choice of Balsamic Vinaigrette, 1000 Isle, Blue Cheese Vinaigrette, or Ranch Dressing - all made right here.

• Baby Spinach, Apple, and Pine Nut Salad with Feta Cheese
A healthy helping of fresh spinach leaves, crisp apple pieces, a sprinkling of toasted pine nuts and Feta cheese, with a deep, rich, Raspberry-Balsamic Vinaigrette.

DAILY SANDWICHES
• Roast Turkey Sandwich with Cranberry-Cream Cheese
Soft slices of L'Aroma bread slathered with cranberry-cream cheese and topped with crisp green lettuce, oven-roast turkey breast, thinly sliced cucumber and red onion create the perfect sandwich that is cool, crisp, flavorful, and refreshing.

• Margherita Dipper with Canadian Bacon and Four Cheese Blend
L'Aroma bread topped with pesto, tomatoes, slices of whole-loin smoked Canadian Bacon, and a perfect blend of four cheeses all grill-pressed until warmed through and ready for dipping in one of the specialty soups of the day.

DAILY QUICHE

Chopped fresh spinach, four different shredded cheeses, and bacon bits meld in our creamy custard base in a tender, flaky crust for that combination of Classic Florentine flavors.
