DAILY SOUPS
• Creamy Fresh Asparagus Soup
I'm not exactly sure why this soup is so well liked, but it is scrumptious, silky smooth, and chock full of the refreshing flavor of fresh asparagus in every bite. We start with large amounts of asparagus spears, chicken broth and add a minimum of other ingredients so that the asparagus is highlighted.
• Roasted Red Bell Pepper and Tomato Soup
Smooth and velvety with deep, rich flavor, this soup is one of the chef's favorites. How can you possibly miss when combining tomatoes, roasted bell peppers, garlic, onion, and a mere dash or two of cream to blend and lighten all the flavors? You will love it as much as I do.
DAILY SALADS
• House Green Salad
A helping of mixed greens topped with purple cabbage, sweet bell pepper, shredded carrot & choice of Balsamic Vinaigrette, 1000 Isle, Blue Cheese Vinaigrette, or Ranch Dressing - all made right here.
• Blue Cheese, Fresh Pear and Sweet Georgia Pecan Salad
This combination of ingredients is classic and incredibly correct - the mixed greens, topped with slices of fresh pear, compliment the crumbles of Gorgonzola blue cheese and the slightly sweetened pecans beautifully. A simple Apple, Cider & Shallot Vinaigrette makes it complete.
DAILY SANDWICHES
• Doriola's Grilled Cheese, Bacon and Apple Sandwich
Presented on hearty bread, this is a grown-up version of the traditional grilled cheese. We make ours with three different cheeses; add a bit of Apple-wood smoked bacon and a couple of slices of crisp, sweet apple and grill-press it to brown the bread and warm the cheese.
• Buddy's Roast Beef Sandwich
Sliced Angus roast beef is mounded on bread that has been spread with mayonnaise and horseradish. We then add Tillamook cheddar, Pepper-Jack cheese, sliced golden Italian pepperoncini, lettuce and red onion rings for texture and flavor contrast.
DAILY QUICHE
• Traditional Lorraine
A tender, flaky crust filled with apple-wood smoked bacon and a blend of four cheeses in the best quiche base around. Order this one with one of our salads, and you have the perfect lunch combo.
• Fresh Baby Spinach and Four Cheese -
A tender, flaky crust full of chopped, fresh spinach and four different cheeses. Swiss, Provolone, Mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses meld together in our creamy custard base. Simple, direct, delicious.
